Studies of economical engineering at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, centering on product development as well as R&D management. The diploma thesis was related to Quality Function Deployment as applicable to the field of eco-friendly product design.

Several years of professional experience as a project engineer for interior component parts and as a laboratory assistant for general purpose actuators used in the car industry.
